Description
Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, employer acquisition, and candidate engagement across the Rukuri platform. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can contribute across digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
- Support the growth of employer and candidate acquisition through targeted campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Maintain and update marketing materials, job posts, and platform content
- Coordinate with the Product and Commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Support brand-building initiatives and partnerships
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with the hospitality or recruitment industry is an advantage
